For: Girls ages 8–10
Group Size: Limited to 6 girls
Every cohort gives back. My Book of Me donates 10% of every enrollment to a nonprofit serving girls. In honor of International Day of the Girl, this cohort will support Her Story, helping girls continue the journey from childhood into adolescence with confidence, connection, and a strong sense of self.
Over six sessions, girls will explore identity, body appreciation, feelings, strengths, using their voice, and staying true to who they are through guided conversation, reflection, creative activities, and connection with one another.
Because each session builds on the one before it and the girls are creating a small, connected group together, participation in all six sessions is strongly encouraged. Please review the dates carefully before registering. We understand that illness and unexpected circumstances happen, so if your child does need to miss a session, please reach out and we’ll help her stay connected to the experience.
Enrollment: $950
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with caregiver information, information about program materials, and everything you need to prepare for the first session.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable up to 14 days before the first session. After that date, registration is nonrefundable. If My Book of Me needs to cancel the cohort, registration fees will be refunded in full.
