Small Group Experience
The small group format gives girls space to reflect, connect, create, and learn alongside their peers in a warm, thoughtful, and supportive environment.
Girls begin quietly questioning themselves during this stage of development — becoming more self-conscious, more aware of peer perception, and less likely to openly express thoughts, preferences, or uncertainty. The group experience helps normalize these experiences while strengthening self-awareness, confidence, and connection.
Through guided discussion, creative exercises, reflection activities, and shared conversation, girls begin building a stronger sense of self that is less dependent on external validation and more connected to who they are internally.
Group Structure
The program is a six-session series designed specifically for girls ages 8 to 10, delivered in 60-minute small-group sessions, with flexibility based on the setting. All materials included for both girls and caregivers.
The Power of Doing it Together
You’ll In a small group, girls have the chance to discover that they’re not alone in what they think, feel, and experience.
They practice expressing themselves in a supportive environment, build confidence through participation and connection, and learn from one another through reflection, conversation, and shared experience.
The group is intentionally designed to feel grounded, supportive, and emotionally safe, while leaving plenty of room for creativity, honesty, humor, and individuality. Most importantly, girls get to experience the feeling of being fully themselves and knowing they belong.
